The DigiYatra AI Bot is a conversational assistant designed to help users understand the DigiYatra platform, navigate airport identity verification, and receive real-time guidance. The bot simplifies complex policies into clear, actionable information through clean interaction flows.
Problem Statement
Travelers are often confused about how DigiYatra works, whether it’s mandatory, what data it uses, and how to navigate the airport flow. Traditional FAQ pages are overwhelming and unclear. The challenge was to build an AI-powered assistant that provides instant, trustworthy answers in a simple, user-friendly format.
